About the role

We are a boutique technology services firm seeking an elite Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead development on high-growth SaaS platforms. We are looking for a Rails specialist who prioritizes clean architecture and modern front-end patterns (Hotwire/Turbo) to join our fully remote, distributed team.

As a Senior Engineer, you will take deep ownership of core SaaS products. This is a hands-on role responsible for the entire feature lifecycle: from initial technical design and database modeling to crafting highly interactive front-end experiences. We expect you to be a proactive partner in technical strategy, not just “build to spec.”

Core responsibilities

Architect & build: Design and maintain robust, scalable features for Rails-based SaaS applications.
Modern front-end: Implement reactive user experiences using Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.
Infrastructure & scaling: Manage background job processing using Sidekiq and Redis.
Code excellence: Write clean, well-tested Ruby and JavaScript using RSpec and Capybara.
Strategic leadership: Collaborate on architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.
Precision implementation: Use Tailwind CSS to ensure polished, high-performance UIs.
