Privacy Policy

Our approach
We sell privacy-forward data thinking, so we practice it. This site uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell your data, and we do not track you across the web. No cookie banner is needed because we don’t use the cookies that would require one.
What we collect
- Aggregate, anonymous analytics: page views and performance, with no personal identifiers.
- Information you send us: if you submit the contact or careers form, we receive the details you provide (name, email, organization, message) so we can reply.
- Grievances and concerns: if you raise a concern, we receive what you choose to tell us. Contact details are optional; you can submit anonymously.
How we use it
Solely to operate and improve the site, to respond to your inquiry, or to look into and resolve a concern you raise. Form submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile, stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database, and relayed to us by our email provider (Resend). Contact and careers submissions are used only to follow up with you. If you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Grievance submissions are held in the same Cloudflare-hosted database and mirrored to our internal tracking log in Notion, which is restricted to Quarry’s leadership team. They are shared inside Quarry only with the people who need them to act on the concern, and are kept for three years after the concern is closed, then deleted. Submissions our spam filters set aside are reviewed by a person and never silently discarded.
Your choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, any information you’ve sent us by emailing hello@quarry.team. For a concern you raised, quote your reference number.
