The challenge

A beloved but niche membership product had plateaued. Growth required rethinking acquisition, retention, infrastructure, and the data that informed every decision — without breaking what members already loved.

What we did

We embedded as the product and engineering team: rebuilt core flows for conversion, hardened infrastructure to absorb 500k+ weekly pageviews with 900k peaks, instrumented a privacy-respecting data platform, and ran a continuous experiment program against revenue.

The outcome

Revenue grew 10× — from ~$2M to >$20M ARR — over five years, and the business was carried successfully through multiple acquisitions that integrated software, data, and users into a larger portfolio.
